These axles feature an upgraded 108mm premium CV with enhanced billet machined internals and an isotropic surface finish, which promotes smoother operation, reduces heat and wear, and aids grease migration. The use of premium fasteners ensures the strongest CV axle bolts available. Constructed from proprietary aerospace billet alloy, the Outlaw axles boast a 31-spline axle bar and 31-spline billet machined CV joints. This increased spline count provides greater engagement and allows for larger diameter axle bars, resulting in unparalleled strength. The billet machined 31-spline CV joints also offer increased travel and operating angles compared to OEM components. Furthermore, these axles feature 1-piece CNC-machined billet steel inner and outer stubs, manufactured from a single piece of billet steel for maximum durability. Each component is meticulously designed, machined, and assembled by GForce in their Kansas-based facility, utilizing premium materials. Key features include Anti-Wheel Hop Technology, a direct bolt-in fit, severe-duty 31-spline Outlaw CVs with an isotropic surface finish, upgraded premium CV fasteners, and 1-piece inner and outer stubs. The axles are constructed from aircraft-grade certified alloys and are CNC-machined with a powder-coated finish for corrosion protection. The inner and outer stubs have a black e-coat finish to protect against harsh conditions without compromising spline engagement. GForce offers a limited lifetime warranty on all Outlaw Axles, covering stubs and axle bars manufactured by GForce. CVs and CV boots are considered wear items and are covered by a limited 1-year warranty. The warranty is transferrable, subject to certain restrictions.
