The Cardone CV Axle Assembly 66-1335 is a new, direct OE replacement designed for reliable driveline performance in specific Buick, Oldsmobile, and Pontiac models. This axle assembly features splined input and output shaft connections, ensuring a precise integration with your vehicle's drivetrain. The included ABS ring is crucial for maintaining the proper operation of the Anti-lock Braking System, while the self-locking axle nut design prevents loosening during operation, contributing to enhanced safety and overall reliability. With a compressed length of 25.625 inches, it is manufactured to match factory specifications for smooth driveline performance. Common applications for this CV axle assembly include addressing issues such as vibrations or wobbling during turns, grinding noises from the front end, ABS warning light activation, or clicking noises during acceleration or turning. Installation requires care; avoid allowing the CV axle to hang unsupported to prevent joint damage.
