CV AXLE SHAFT

The Demon Xtreme Heavy Duty Axle is described as Demon Powersports' strongest axle to date, "Hell Rated" for harsh terrains including desert, sand, mud, rock, and short courses. It is built for racing and ultimate performance. The entire axle, including the shaft, housing, cage, race, and balls, is made from 4340 Chromoly steel, which is dual heat-treated for increased strength. It features larger CV joints and shafts (20-30% larger components compared to their HD line) and a re-engineered cage design for enhanced durability. The internal components are micro-polished, and Molybdenum grease is used for lubrication, which helps prevent CVs from overheating. The 4340 chromoly steel's elasticity helps absorb stress, preventing it from transferring to the differential and drivetrain. These axles are also compatible with major Long Travel Suspension Kits & Lift Kits. They come with a 2-year limited warranty.
