Description

The Demon Powersports heavy-duty lift kit axle is designed for the Honda Pioneer 700, offering enhanced strength and longevity. It features larger CV joints and shafts constructed from 4340 chromoly steel, combined with a proprietary dual heat treatment process.

This axle utilizes a unique double plunge design for increased articulation angles, providing 1.5 inches of travel and 40 degrees of articulation on the inboard joint, and 0.5 inches of travel with 45-47 degrees of swing on the outboard joint.
