The Mitsuboshi 0180-055000-0004 is a CVT drive belt designed for CFMOTO CFORCE, ZFORCE, and UFORCE ATVs, SSVs, and UTVs. Manufactured by Mitsuboshi, an original OEM belt supplier for CFMOTO, this belt is constructed with aramid fibers for high tensile and temperature resistance. It is essential for engine-to-wheel power transmission via the CVT system and should be replaced when worn, cracked, frayed, or when experiencing CVT slipping.

This belt features construction with aramid (Kevlar) fibers, providing superior tensile strength and exceptional resistance to high temperatures, making it suitable for demanding off-road conditions. This drive belt is critical for transferring power from the engine to the wheels through the Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) system. It is recommended to replace the belt when signs of wear such as cracking, fraying, or visible damage are present, or if you notice any slipping in the CVT system. Regular replacement based on wear, or according to the vehicle's manual (typically between 5000-8000 km), will help maintain optimal performance and prevent unexpected breakdowns. The belt measures 1.42 inches (36mm) in width with a circumference of 36 7/8 inches (937mm). It serves as a direct replacement for OEM part numbers including 0180-055000-0001 and 0180-055000-0004.
