This MID (Modular Integrated Deck) sleeve system features a 4.110-inch finished bore diameter and 4.700-inch deck height, designed specifically for GM LS2 and LS7 engine blocks to support increased cylinder pressures and extreme power levels. Benefits include improved block integral strength, improved cooling with "Swirl Coolant Technology™", "wet sleeve" replace-ability, increased horsepower output potential, superior oil and compression control, and superior cylinder sealing and ring wear. Constructed from high-grade ductile iron with 130,000 psi tensile strength, and features a phosphate coating for corrosion and rust resistance. Suitable for street or strip applications.
