Description

The GetaDomTune Cylinder 4 Chamber Cooling Mod V7 is an industry-first modification for DOHC EJ engines, engineered to enhance coolant flow specifically to the Cylinder 4 combustion chamber in the left-hand head. This targeted approach directly addresses potential hot spots, which can lead to detonation and reduced engine reliability. By increasing coolant circulation, this kit helps to lower EGT delta and improve the overall performance of the cooling system. This cooling modification is compatible with a wide range of Subaru models, including the WRX (2002-2014), STI (2004-2021), Forester XT (2004-2013), and Legacy GT (2005-2009). However, it is important to note that this specific version does NOT fit the 2010+ Legacy GT (LGT). For those models, a different fitting, additional hose length, and extra clamps would be required. Installation instructions are provided, with a downloadable guide available to assist users through the process.

The GetaDomTune Cylinder 4 Chamber Cooling Mod V7 is a DOHC EJ engine cooling kit designed to increase coolant flow in the LH head. This modification aims to improve reliability by reducing detonation-causing hot spots and lowering Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) delta. The kit includes a custom machined and anodized 6061 fitting, a billet aluminum "T" fitting, a custom-formed NBR hose, and four 304SS worm clamps.
