The EngineQuest EQ-CH318AA cylinder heads are assembled, cast iron replacements designed for Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep vehicles with 5.2L and 5.9L Magnum V8 engines. These heads feature 61cc combustion chambers and 172cc intake runners, with a standard exhaust port location. They are built with a thicker deck and improved design to resist cracking, offering superior port finish and redesigned water flow for enhanced thermal conductivity.

The EngineQuest EQ-CH318AA is a pair of assembled, cast iron cylinder heads engineered for Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep vehicles equipped with 5.2L (318 CID) and 5.9L (360 CID) Magnum V8 engines. These heads are direct replacements for casting numbers 53005714, 53006671, 53020466, and 53020468, fitting model years from 1990 to 2003. They are constructed from high-grade cast iron and feature a thicker deck for increased strength and an improved design to resist cracking. Each EQ-CH318AA cylinder head is assembled with 100% new OE-type valves, seals, valve springs, and retainers. They boast a superior port finish for increased flow and redesigned water passages for greater thermal conductivity. Additionally, these heads include hardened exhaust seats, CNC machined guides and seats, and undergo a rigorous 25-point quality check. A 3-angle valve finish is standard. The intake runners measure 172cc with a 61cc combustion chamber volume and a standard exhaust port location. The bore plate is 4.060 and the test PSI is 28, with intake valve sizes of 1.920″ and exhaust valve sizes of 5/16″.
