The ARP 322-858 is a heavy-duty cylinder head stud kit designed for enhanced engine performance and reliability. These studs boast a superior tensile strength, rated at 190,000 psi, ensuring robust clamping force for the cylinder head under demanding conditions. This comprehensive kit includes all necessary studs, nuts, and washers for a complete installation. To ensure proper seating and achieve optimal clamping force, a special moly-based lubricant is provided along with detailed torque instructions, guiding the installer through the critical steps. The kit includes specific stud lengths: seven at 6 1/4 inches, four at 4 1/2 inches, and four at 3 3/4 inches. This ARP head stud kit is specifically designed for MGA and MGB models from 1962 to 1980. It can also be adapted for use on TB and Y series vehicles with the appropriate modifications and hardware.
