Manufactured in the USA from 8740 chrome-moly steel, these studs are built for extreme durability. ARP employs a process where threads are rolled after the material undergoes heat treatment, enhancing fatigue strength. The studs are also centerless ground to ensure perfect concentricity, a critical factor for proper sealing. For user convenience, the ends of the studs are broached, simplifying installation and allowing for easier cylinder head removal even in confined engine spaces.
