Cylinder Liner

The Melling CSL581 is a cast iron engine cylinder liner designed for various engine repair and custom applications. It features a 191.0mm (7.519 inches) bore diameter and a 559.0mm (22.0 inches) length. Melling manufactures centrifugal cast iron cylinder liners to tight tolerances on modern CNC equipment. They offer standard, flanged, high-performance, industrial, and heavy-duty sleeves, with capabilities for custom and reverse engineering, including short and long runs, and prototypes. These sleeves are available for bore diameters ranging from 2.00 to 8.50 inches and lengths from 5 to 24 inches in 1/16-inch increments. The material provides a Brinell hardness of 212-293, allowing for easy machining while maintaining strength and durability. Melling Cylinder Sleeves are ISO 9001:2000 Certified.
