D-Series SAE J583 LED Fog Lights

The Rigid Industries D-Series is a pair of SAE J583 compliant LED fog lights designed for both on-road and off-road use. These lights feature a proprietary output spread and height with a patented optic system, and their color temperature is chosen for superior clarity on the road, helping to penetrate the night. They draw very little power while providing long-range, high-intensity light and boast a lifespan of up to 50,000 useful hours. Constructed with a durable UV polyester powder coat, a high-grade alloy housing and heatsink, and an impact-resistant polycarbonate lens, these lights are built for durability. They are IP68 rated for dust and water ingress, and feature an integrated thermal management system to ensure optimal performance. The operating temperature range is -40°F to +145°F. These fog lights are street legal and meet SAE J583 compliance, making them suitable for on-road applications without causing glare for other drivers. Professional installation is recommended. The lights operate on a 9-36 VDC system and include features such as a pressure-equalizing vent, reverse polarity protection, and RFI/EMI protection.
