D-Series Turbo Kit with T04E Turbo and 38mm Wastegate

The CXRacing turbo kit is a bolt-on system designed to significantly enhance the performance of 1992-2000 Honda Civics featuring D15, D16, or other D-series SOHC engines. This complete kit includes a T04E turbocharger with a .60 A/R compressor and .63 A/R turbine, a cast exhaust manifold with a 38mm wastegate flange and included 8psi wastegate, and a bar & plate front mount intercooler with a 21"x9"x3" core. The kit also features a 3-inch stainless steel turbo downpipe, a polished aluminum piping kit with silicon couplers, clamps, and a blow-off valve, as well as oil feeding and return line kits. Installation is facilitated by a newly developed design with direct bolt-on fitment for D15 and D16 engines, and the downpipe bolts directly to the stock cat-converter. The kit includes an aluminum bracket to keep the bumper support and provides a professional-looking setup. It comes with an oil sandwich adapter and oil feeding lines for ease of installation. The intercooler core size is 21"x9"x3" with 2.5" inlets and outlets, and the overall intercooler size is 29"x9"x3". Please note, this kit is intended for Off-Road Use only. Due to the significant increase in horsepower, upgrading the engine and clutch is highly recommended to reliably handle the added power. Tuning of the engine management and fuel system is required for proper operation, and this kit is compatible with many common engine management systems. Importantly, this kit does not retain the factory Air Conditioning (AC), and an air filter is not included.
