The Tokico D-Spec DE3753X2 is a rear pair of adjustable shocks engineered for 2005-2010 Ford Mustang models, including Coupe, Convertible, GT, and Shelby GT500 Cobra variants. Made in Japan, these shocks represent one of TOKICO's most advanced product lines, offering a unique approach to adjustable damping. Unlike traditional adjustable shocks that might require separate firm and soft settings for track and street use, the D-Spec series allows drivers to precisely "tune" the suspension damping for their specific driving style and conditions. This wide range of adjustability makes them suitable for diverse applications such as autocrossing, road racing, drifting, and even comfortable daily driving. The D-Spec applications are designed in the United States, utilizing sophisticated piston and valving technology, including a unique variable-aperture bypass controlled by an adjustable slide valve. Damping force is infinitely adjustable from maximum softness to extremely firm settings via a smooth 7.5-turn dial. Adjustments to the knob alter both rebound and compression damping rates simultaneously for consistent control, with clockwise turns increasing firmness and counterclockwise turns softening the settings.
