It features a single exhaust type with a rear exit location and includes a single aluminum muffler with a black/silver finish. The system is constructed from stainless steel and aluminum with a natural finish.

The BBR Motorsports D3 Exhaust System represents the latest generation in BBR's renowned D-Section exhaust systems. This full system is crafted with an aircraft-quality, thin-wall stainless steel header and mid-pipe, meticulously tuned to optimize performance and power gains for specific applications. The system features a unique, lightweight "D" profile aluminum muffler with a black/silver finish and a carbon fiber end cap, which significantly reduces overall weight while maximizing tire clearance and packing volume. Construction highlights include a carbon fiber heat shield and all stainless-steel hardware throughout. This exhaust system comes as a complete kit, including the header and muffler, with a USDA Forest Service-approved spark arrester. For noise reduction, an optional cancel core insert is available separately. Installation is aided by the included rubber end plug for washing and a spring puller. The kit also contains a decal pack, heat shield tape, and a black BBR zipper bag.
