The BBR Motorsports D3 Exhaust System is a full system designed for powersports applications. It features a lightweight, aircraft-quality stainless steel header tuned for optimized performance and power gains. The system includes a unique "D" profile muffler made of lightweight 6061 aluminum with a carbon fiber end cap, maximizing tire clearance and packing volume. A USDA Forest Service approved spark arrester is included, with an optional cancel core insert available separately for reduced dB levels.

The BBR Motorsports D3 Exhaust System represents the latest generation of their renowned D-Section exhaust line, engineered for enhanced performance and power on compatible Kawasaki models. The system integrates a thin-wall stainless steel header and mid-pipe, meticulously tuned to deliver optimal power gains. Its signature feature is the lightweight "D" profile muffler, constructed from aircraft-quality 6061 aluminum and capped with a carbon fiber endcap bearing a chrome "D3" emblem. This unique muffler design not only drastically reduces overall weight but also allows for maximum tire clearance and increased packing volume. A carbon fiber heat shield with "Works Type" washers is also included, complementing the system's performance aesthetic. This complete system includes the header and muffler, all stainless steel hardware, a USDA Forest Service approved spark arrester, a rubber end plug for use during washing, and a spring puller for easier installation. BBR also provides a decal pack, heat shield tape, and a black canvas zipper bag for accessory storage. An optional Cancel Core Insert is available for those seeking to reduce noise levels. This item is an oversized product and is excluded from free shipping options. It is confirmed to fit the following models: 2008-Present Kawasaki KLX140R, 2008-Present Kawasaki KLX140RL, and 2017-Present Kawasaki KLX140RF.
