The BBR Motorsports D3 Exhaust System is a full exhaust system designed for powersports applications. It features a thin-wall stainless steel header and mid-pipe, paired with a lightweight 6061 aluminum muffler. The system includes a carbon fiber end cap and heat shield.

The BBR Motorsports D3 Exhaust System represents the latest generation of BBR's D-Section exhaust. This system is engineered with an aircraft-quality stainless steel header, specifically tuned to optimize performance and power gains. It utilizes a new, lightweight "D" profile muffler constructed from 6061 aluminum with a carbon fiber end cap, which significantly reduces overall weight and allows for maximum tire clearance and packing volume. The D3 system is a complete package, including the header and muffler, and is constructed with thin-wall stainless steel for the header and mid-pipe, and all stainless-steel hardware. It features a carbon fiber heat shield with drilled "Works Type" washers and a carbon fiber endcap with a chrome "D3" emblem. A USDA Forest Service approved spark arrester is included. For applications where reduced noise levels are desired, an optional cancel core insert is available separately. The kit includes a rubber end plug for washing the bike, a spring puller for easier installation, a decal pack, heat shield tape, and a black BBR zipper bag. This exhaust system is designed for 2019-2025 Honda CRF125F and CRF125FB BIG WHEEL models.
