Overview

The Zumbrota Drivetrain Remanufactured Axle Assembly RAA434-1929A is designed for Dana 30 axles with a 3.55 ratio, without ABS, and for Right Hand Drive Jeep Cherokee vehicles from 2000-2001. This assembly includes the main housing and internals only, excluding axles, ball joints, spindles, steering components, or brakes. Each unit undergoes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear, with all internal components inspected and tested for optimal performance. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced, and gears are inspected for proper tooth contact patterns and rolling torque. Zumbrota utilizes an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning for all parts.
