Description

Zumbrota Drivetrain Complete Axle Assemblies are rebuilt to high standards. Each undergoes inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components (ring & pinions, gears, clutches, carriers) are inspected and tested. All bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact and correct rolling torque. Axle tubes are inspected for OEM straightness. Zumbrota uses hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning.
