Dana 30 AXLE Assembly for 2005-2007 JEEP LIBERTY. Zumbrota Drivetrain Axle Assemblies are rebuilt to the highest quality standards. Each assembly is inspected for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components (ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, carriers) are inspected and tested. All bearings & seals are replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque, with backlash set for proper lubrication and quiet operation. Axle tubes are inspected for OEM straightness. Zumbrota uses an exclusive hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning for remanufacturing.
