Description

Zumbrota Drivetrain Axle Assemblies are rebuilt to high-quality standards. Each assembly is inspected for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components (ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers) are inspected and tested. Bearings and seals are replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque. Axle tubes are inspected to ensure OEM straightness. Zumbrota uses a hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning.
