D44 REAR AXLE ASSY ''07 JEEP WRANGL

This is a Remanufactured Rear Axle Assembly, Dana 44, designed for the 2007 Jeep Wrangler. It features a 4.10 ratio and Posi Traction. The assembly is rebuilt to high-quality standards by Zumbrota Drivetrain, with thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are inspected and tested. All bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque, with backlash set for proper lubrication and quiet operation. Axle tubes are inspected to ensure OEM standards of straightness. The assembly undergoes an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure on internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning. It does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
