Description

Remanufactured Dana 60 Front Axle Assembly. Rebuilt to high-quality standards, with thorough inspection of all components for straightness, cracks, and wear. Internal parts (ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, carriers) are fully inspected and tested. All bearings & seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque, and backlash is set for proper lubrication and quiet operation. Axle tubes are inspected for OEM straightness. Features an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning.
