Description

Zumbrota Drivetrain Axle Assemblies are rebuilt to high standards. Each is inspected for straightness, cracks, and wear. All internal components (ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, carriers) are inspected and tested. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are 100% replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque. Correct gear backlash is set for lubrication and quiet operation. Axle tubes are inspected for OEM straightness. Zumbrota uses an exclusive hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning.
