D60 FRONT AXLE ASSY 94-''97 CHY RAM

Zumbrota Drivetrain Axle Assemblies are rebuilt to high quality standards. Inspections for straightness, cracks, surface wear, and internal components (ring & pinions, gears, clutches, carriers) are performed. All bearings & seals are replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque. Correct gear backlash is set. Axle tubes are inspected for OEM straightness. Zumbrota uses an exclusive hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and shot-enticed deep cleaning process. All housings are tested for surface wear and cracks. Includes 100% inspection of internal parts and 100% replacement of bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims. Housings are cleaned using state-of-the-art hydro-blasting.
