The USA Standard Gear Master Overhaul Kit (ZK D60-R) is engineered to provide a complete solution for rebuilding Dana 60 and 61 rear differentials. This kit streamlines the rebuilding process by consolidating all required components into a single part number, offering both convenience and cost savings. It also includes essential parts such as carrier bearings and races, pinion bearings and races, a pinion seal, a full shim kit for precise adjustments, ring gear bolts, pinion nut, crush sleeve, oil baffles and slingers, thread locker for secure assembly, a marking compound with brush for accurate gear pattern analysis, and a gasket to ensure a proper seal. This master overhaul kit is designed to fit Dana Spicer 60 rear axles. It provides everything needed to properly rebuild your differential, allowing for a precise and reliable repair or upgrade.
