D60 REAR AXLE ASSY ''05-''09 GM VAN

This remanufactured Dana 60 rear axle assembly is designed for 2005-2009 GM Van 3500 models. It features a 4.10 ratio and G80 Posi traction, without active brakes. Zumbrota Drivetrain rebuilds these axles to high standards, inspecting for straightness, cracks, and wear. All internal components (ring & pinions, gears, clutches, carriers) are inspected and tested, and all bearings and seals are replaced. Gears are set for optimal tooth contact and correct rolling torque. Axle tubes meet OEM straightness. The assembly undergoes a hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning. It has a 9.75-inch ring gear and a 12-bolt cover, designed for single rear wheels. Hubs, brakes, backing plates, and axle shafts are *not* included.
