D80 AXLE ASSY 08-''12 FORD F350 DRW

This Zumbrota Drivetrain Reman Axle Assembly Dana 80 is designed for 2008-2012 Ford F-350 trucks with a 4.10 Ratio, Dual Rear Wheels (DRW), and Cab Chassis configuration, featuring a Limited Slip Differential (Posi). Each axle assembly undergoes rigorous inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are thoroughly inspected and tested. Bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque. Axle tubes are also inspected to ensure OEM standards of straightness.
