Description

This Dana 80 Axle Assembly is a remanufactured unit by Zumbrota Drivetrain, designed for 2013-2016 Ford F350 DRW (Dual Rear Wheels) trucks with a 3.73 gear ratio and a non-cab chassis configuration. It undergoes a rigorous rebuilding process including inspection for straightness, cracks, and wear, with all internal components, bearings, and seals being replaced. Gears are precisely set for optimal tooth contact and correct rolling torque, and axle tubes are inspected to meet OEM standards. The assembly is thoroughly cleaned using hydro-blasting and sandblasting.
