Dana 30 Front Axle Assembly 3.73 Gear Ratio w/ ABS

This assembly is built to OEM specifications and features a 3.73 gear ratio, a 7.12-inch ring gear, and is configured for Left Hand Drive vehicles with ABS. Each axle assembly undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process. This includes 100% inspection of all internal parts, such as the Ring & Pinion, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. All housings are tested for surface wear and cracks, and straightened to OEM specifications. Critical wear items like bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are entirely replaced to ensure reliability and performance. The remanufacturing process also includes a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing of the housings, restoring them to their original OEM finish. Furthermore, Zumbrota Drivetrain meticulously establishes the correct rolling torque using inch-pound measurements, which is crucial for precision setup and extending the longevity of the axle assembly. This assembly includes the main housing and internals only; it does not include axles, ball joints, spindles, steering components, or brakes.
