The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA434-114E is a remanufactured Dana 30 front axle assembly specifically designed for 2009-2010 Jeep Wrangler models with Left Hand Drive and a 3.73 gear ratio. This comprehensive assembly includes the main housing and all internal components, such as ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. During the remanufacturing process, all tubes are meticulously inspected and straightened to meet OEM specifications, and housings undergo testing for surface wear and cracks. Every internal part is inspected, and all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. The housings are cleaned using a hydro blasting and rinsing process to restore them to an OEM finish, and correct rolling torque is established for precision setup and longevity.
