Dana 35 4.10 Remanufactured Axle Assembly

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1485C is a remanufactured axle assembly designed for the Dana 35 differential in 1987-1989 Jeep Wranglers. This assembly has been rebuilt to the highest quality standards, ensuring precision and reliability. The remanufacturing process includes a thorough inspection of all internal components, such as ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. All bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new parts. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns, and correct rolling torque is established using inch-pound measurements for precise setup and longevity. The axle tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, and housings are tested for surface wear and cracks.
