The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2149D is a remanufactured Dana 35 rear axle assembly, meticulously rebuilt to high standards of precision and reliability. This assembly boasts a 4.10 gear ratio and includes Posi Traction for enhanced performance. Each axle assembly undergoes thorough inspection of its straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. All bearings and seals are replaced with new ones. The gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and set to the correct rolling torque using precise inch-pound measurements for longevity.
