Dana 44 8.5-Inch Ring Gear Axle Assembly

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-50138-P is a remanufactured axle assembly built to precise standards for the Dana 44 differential. This unit features a 2.94 gear ratio and an 8.5-inch ring gear, equipped with a conventional locking differential for enhanced traction. Each axle assembly undergoes rigorous inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. Zumbrota Drivetrain replaces all internal bearings and seals, and thoroughly inspects ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. The gears are set up with precise backlash for optimal lubrication and quiet operation, and rolling torque is established using inch-pound measurements for longevity. This assembly is specifically designed for 2008-2014 Nissan Titan 4x4 models with a 159.5-inch wheelbase. Please note that this assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts, and these components will need to be sourced separately.
