The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA434-1908B is a remanufactured axle assembly, specifically designed for the 1999 Dodge Ram 1500. This unit features a robust Dana 44 differential with a 3.90 gear ratio, ensuring optimal performance for your truck. The inclusion of Rear Wheel ABS compatibility means this assembly is built to maintain your vehicle's safety systems. This remanufactured axle assembly undergoes a rigorous inspection and rebuilding process. All tubes are straightened to OEM specifications, and housings are tested for surface wear and cracks. Internal components, including ring and pinion gears, clutches, and carriers, are 100% inspected. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are all replaced with new parts. The housings are then cleaned using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process to restore their OEM finish, and correct rolling torque is established for precision setup and longevity.
