The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2234A is a remanufactured axle assembly built to stringent quality standards for Dana 60 differentials. Each assembly undergoes a comprehensive inspection process, including ensuring all tubes are straightened to OEM specifications and housings are tested for surface wear and cracks. All internal components, such as ring and pinions, gears, clutches, and carriers, are inspected 100%, with bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims being completely replaced. The housings are restored to an OEM finish using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process, and correct rolling torque is established for precision setup and longevity.
