The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-181B-P is a remanufactured axle assembly specifically designed for the Dana 60 axle. This unit is engineered for 2009-2014 Ford E150 models, featuring a 4.10 gear ratio and a 9.75-inch ring gear. During the remanufacturing process, all housing tubes are inspected and straightened to meet OEM specifications, and the housings undergo rigorous testing for surface wear and cracks. Every internal component, including the Ring & Pinion, Internal Gears, Clutch's, and Carrier's, is subjected to a 100% inspection. Furthermore, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced to guarantee precise setup and extended longevity. This axle assembly is equipped with AdvanceTrac for roll stability control and Posi Traction for enhanced grip. It utilizes a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process to restore the housing to its original OEM finish. The rolling torque is precisely established using inch-pound measurements to ensure optimal performance and durability.
