The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA434-127D is a remanufactured Dana 60 front axle assembly, meticulously rebuilt to meet high standards of precision and reliability. This unit is specifically designed for 2011-2012 Ford F350 DRW Cab Chassis trucks, featuring a 4.10 gear ratio and a 9.75-inch ring gear. Every assembly undergoes thorough inspection to ensure tubes are straightened to OEM specifications, and housings are tested for surface wear and cracks. All internal components, including the ring and pinion, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are inspected and tested. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new parts. The cleaning process includes hydro-blasting and rinsing to restore the housing to an OEM finish.
