The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA434-118H is a remanufactured Dana 60 front axle assembly specifically designed for 2010 Ford F250 and F350 Single Rear Wheel (SRW) trucks with a 3.31 gear ratio. This assembly undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process to ensure quality and reliability. All housing tubes are inspected and straightened to meet OEM specifications, while the housings themselves are tested for surface wear and cracks. Internally, the assembly features a 100% inspection of all components, including the ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutch, and carrier. Critical wear items such as bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are all replaced with new parts. The housings are hydro blasted to achieve an OEM finish, and the assembly is set up with precise rolling torque for optimal setup and longevity. This product includes the main housing and all internal components. It does not include axles, ball joints, spindles, steering components, or brakes.
