The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA434-128A is a remanufactured Dana 60 front axle assembly, specifically built to restore the performance and reliability of your vehicle. Each assembly undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process to meet OEM specifications. The remanufacturing process includes inspection and straightening of all tubes to OEM standards, testing of housings for wear and cracks, and a 100% inspection of all internal components such as ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are all replaced as standard. Furthermore, housings are hydro blasted for a like-new finish, and correct rolling torque is established for precision setup and longevity. This specific assembly features a 3.31 gear ratio and a 9.75-inch ring gear. It is designed as a direct fit for 2011 and 2012 Ford F-250 and F-350 models equipped with Single Rear Wheels (SRW) and that do not have a wide track configuration.
