The assembly undergoes a thorough remanufacturing process. All tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, and housings are tested for wear and cracks. Internal parts, including ring and pinion gears, internal gears, and carriers, are 100% inspected. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new components. Housings are cleaned using a hydro blasting process to restore their OEM finish, and correct rolling torque is established for precision setup and longevity.

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA434-128D is a remanufactured Dana 60 front axle assembly, specifically engineered for 2011-2012 Ford F-250 and F-350 models with Single Rear Wheels (SRW) and without Wide Track configurations. This unit features a 4.30 gear ratio and a robust 9.75-inch ring gear size, designed to restore or enhance the performance of your heavy-duty truck's drivetrain. This axle assembly is remanufactured with a strong emphasis on quality and durability. The process includes rigorous inspection and straightening of all housing tubes to meet OEM specifications, along with thorough testing for surface wear and cracks. Internally, every component, including ring and pinion gears, clutch packs, and carriers, undergoes a 100% inspection. Critical wear items such as bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are all replaced with new parts to ensure optimal performance and a long service life. The housing itself is cleaned via a state-of-the-art hydro blasting process, returning it to an OEM finish, and precise rolling torque is established for setup and longevity.
