Description

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1759B-P is a remanufactured axle assembly specifically built for the Dana 60, designed for 1994 Dodge Ram 2500 4x2 models with a 4.10 gear ratio and Posi Traction differential. This axle assembly undergoes a thorough remanufacturing process, including 100% inspection of all internal components like ring and pinion gears, internal gears, and clutches. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are all replaced. Housings are hydro-blasted to an OEM finish and tested for wear and cracks, with tubes straightened to OEM specifications to ensure correct rolling torque and longevity. Key specifications include a 9.75-inch ring gear diameter, a 10-bolt cover count, and a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) rating of 7500 lbs. This particular unit was manufactured up to a 'thru date' of 9/23/93 and is configured for 4x2 drive type. It is important to note that this assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
