Description

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2052D-P is a remanufactured axle assembly designed for Dana 60 axles in 2000-2001 Ford E250 models. This assembly features a Posi Traction (LSD) differential and a 4.10 gear ratio, with a 9.75-inch ring gear. All remanufacturing processes include inspection and straightening of tubes to OEM specifications, testing of housings for wear and cracks, and a 100% inspection of internal components such as ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. Crucially, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. The housings are cleaned via hydro blasting for an OEM finish, and correct rolling torque is established for precision setup and longevity.
