The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-182A is a remanufactured axle assembly built for the robust Dana 60 differential. This unit is engineered with a 3.73 gear ratio and a 9.75-inch ring gear diameter, suitable for applications requiring significant torque handling. It's important to note that this axle assembly is supplied without Posi Traction, hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts, meaning these components must be sourced separately. During the remanufacturing process, Zumbrota Drivetrain conducts a thorough inspection of all housings for wear and cracks, and straightens tubes to OEM specifications. Internally, every component, including ring and pinion gears, differential gears, and clutches, undergoes a 100% inspection. Critical wear items such as bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are systematically replaced to ensure optimal performance and longevity. The housings are also hydro-blasted and rinsed to restore them to an OEM finish, and correct rolling torque is precisely established. This remanufactured axle assembly is specifically designed for the 2009-2014 Ford E250 models.
