The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1904B-P is a remanufactured complete axle assembly designed for the Dana 70 platform, specifically for 1989-1993 Dodge D250, W250, D350 SRW, and W350 SRW models. This assembly comes with a 3.55 gear ratio and Posi Traction for enhanced performance. Each Zumbrota Drivetrain Axle Assembly is rebuilt to rigorous quality standards. The process includes thorough inspection of the housing for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, such as ring and pinions, gears, clutches, and carriers, undergo 100% inspection and testing. All bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced to ensure optimal function and longevity. The gears are meticulously inspected for tooth contact patterns and set to precise rolling torque and backlash specifications for quiet operation and proper lubrication.
