The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1763B-P is a remanufactured axle assembly designed for the Dana 70 differential, specifically for a 1994 Ram 2500 with a 4.10 gear ratio and a 2WD Posi Limited Slip Differential. This axle assembly is rebuilt to stringent quality standards, ensuring precision and reliability. Zumbrota Drivetrain meticulously inspects each assembly for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, undergo a 100% inspection. Additionally, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced as part of the remanufacturing process. The remanufacturing process includes a proprietary hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure for both internal and external parts, followed by a deep cleaning process to restore the housing to OEM finish standards.
