Dana 70 4.10 Posi-Traction Rear Axle Assembly

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-251C-P is a remanufactured axle assembly featuring a Dana 70 rear end, specifically configured for 2009-2014 Ford E350 models with single rear wheels (SRW). It includes a 4.10 gear ratio, a full-float axle design, and rear disc brakes, along with a Posi-Traction Limited Slip Differential (LSD) for enhanced traction. This remanufactured assembly undergoes a rigorous inspection and replacement process. Zumbrota Drivetrain inspects all axle tubes to ensure they are straightened to OEM specifications and tests all housings for surface wear and cracks. A comprehensive 100% inspection is performed on all internal parts, including the ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. To guarantee performance and longevity, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new components. Furthermore, the housings are cleaned using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process to restore them to their original OEM finish, and precise rolling torque is established using inch-pound measurements. This specific axle assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts, as these components are sold separately.
