This assembly is equipped with a 4.10 gear ratio and is a full-floating type. Zumbrota Drivetrain emphasizes a rigorous remanufacturing process. Each axle assembly undergoes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear on its tubes and housings. Internally, all components, including ring and pinions, gears, clutches, and carriers, are 100% inspected and tested. To ensure longevity and optimal performance, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. The gears are meticulously set for precise tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque, with backlash adjusted for proper lubrication and quiet operation.
