This complete axle assembly undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process. It includes inspection of all tubes for straightness and cracks, and all housings are cleaned using a hydro blasting process to restore OEM finish. Internal components like ring and pinion gears, clutches, and carriers are inspected, with 100% replacement of bearings, seals, pinion nuts, and shims. A precise setup with correct rolling torque is established for longevity.

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-116B-P is a remanufactured axle assembly built for the Dana 70 axle, featuring a 3.73 gear ratio and Posi-Traction limited-slip differential. This assembly is designed for Single Rear Wheel (SRW) configurations and incorporates a 10.5-inch ring gear, ensuring robust performance. This axle assembly is meticulously remanufactured to high standards. Zumbrota Drivetrain inspects all tubes to ensure they are straightened to OEM specifications and tests housings for surface wear and cracks. A comprehensive 100% inspection of all internal parts, including Ring & Pinion gears, Internal Gears, Clutches, and Carriers, is performed. To guarantee longevity and optimal performance, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. The housings are cleaned using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process to achieve an OEM finish, and correct rolling torque is established through precise inch-pound measurements. This remanufactured axle assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts, which must be sourced separately. It is specifically designed for the 2005-2007 Ford E350 Super Duty models.
