The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-204G is a remanufactured Dana 80 axle assembly engineered for the demanding requirements of heavy-duty trucks. Specifically designed for 2013-2016 Ford F350 models with dual rear wheels and a cab chassis configuration, this assembly ensures a precise fit and robust performance. During the remanufacturing process, each axle assembly undergoes a rigorous inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including the ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are thoroughly inspected and tested to meet Zumbrota's high standards. To guarantee longevity and optimal operation, all bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are inspected for correct tooth contact patterns and rolling torque. The gear backlash is set precisely to ensure proper lubrication and quiet running, while axle tubes are verified for OEM straightness. This axle assembly features a 3.73 gear ratio and an 11.25-inch ring gear. It is a full-floating axle type and comes equipped with Posi Traction for enhanced grip. The assembly includes a new cover but does not include installation fluid.
